My initial thought when I listed this home in Elk Grove was it would be hard to sell. That's because I had sold the home on the corner in the spring, way before construction started. In fact, the Caterpillars were digging in that phase. I noted on my Agent Visual Inspection that there was new construction happening behind the homes.
