Some people in the older parts of Elk Grove may express a regret that so many outsiders have taken up residence, but in 2006, Elk Grove was named the fastest growing city in the United States. I guess there is some resentment. It doesn't matter I have an Elk Grove office. It's not enough for some, I guess. It never ocurred to me that living in the same county could make a person an outsider without an Elk Grove address, but it I have now seen it happen. It is a sickness of sorts, no doubt it, this fixing up and selling homes bug. I had it for a while, and although you never really get cured or over it, it can settle itself down in time. Of course, selling homes for a living, I'm in the thick of it. It's hard for me not to point out to a seller that if she did XYZ, she could boost her bottom-line profit margin. Not every seller has additional funds available to pour into fixing up a home before putting it on the market.
