Though home prices are back up mostly to pre-bubble levels in El Dorado Hills, our stats show a very different market compared to those years.  Here is a look at our trends over the last 15 years!For Sale vs Pending vs Sold- This is basically our inventory.  Inventory is used to determine a seller's market verses a buyer's market.  You can see in the years of the bubble- 2005 and 2006 that our inventory in El Dorado Hills was extremely high.  Our market values dropped from there to 2011 when inventory reached its lowest point. Here is a look at the year end and what was selling in El Dorado Hills in December 2017  with the high and low home sales along with sales statistics for the month.
