  We can see that water can play a big part in the erosion of soil, changing the way that things look over time. The Grand Canyon is a great example of this. Water has carved a huge canyon through that region. Water can also change building materials too. When moisture gets to unprotected surfaces, over time, can change the building material. Fungus can grow, molds can develop, and dry rot can happen. There are ways to help reduce the damages that water can do. Real Estate Projects in El Dorado Hills & Cameron Park - Marble Valley There's currently several proposed development projects for El Dorado Hills & Cameron Park.  One such real estate project is Marble Valley that is south of Highway 50 near the Bass Lake Road and Cambridge interchanges.  I have been hearing bits and pieces about it for years but never anything in detail.  A few months back we had a presentation at our Women's Council of Realtors Business Resource luncheon where we learned about Marble Valley and what is proposed for it.  It will of course happen in phases but there has to be a master plan and frankly it sounds very well thought out.    The following is a website where you can find out lots of information about the proposed development but remember is has not been appr...
