Hello and Welcome to El Cajon California Foreclosure Auction, Bank Owned REO, and Homes for Sale.   Understanding the foreclosure property auction (also known as Trustee Sale) process takes time, due diligence, and understanding.  Saavy Real Estate investors can find some of the best deals around buying at these auctions, but is it right for everyone.   We would like to help explain further about these auctions and the benefits and downsides of buying Real Estate at them. With so many cities having budget problems, our public services are under attack, with budget cuts affecting police and fire fighter services, libraries, schools, after-school programs, sports, and music. It's important in this type of economy that everyone work together to help protect their cities, communities, and neighborhoods, and that's where Neighborhood Watch programs can help. The El Cajon Police Department has a community forum scheduled for 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 3, to discuss the Neighborhood Watch program. It will be held at the Ronald Reagan Center at 195 E. Douglas Avenue in El Cajon. You can get more information from the El Cajon Police Department by calling 619-441-1597 or at the Neighborhood Watch web site. ***** Need help finding just the right home in El Cajo...

There's alot of people, and Professionals that are trying to tap into the Loan Modification business, but WAIT! Are these people really out there trying to help Home owners, or are they trying to capitalize off of peoples hopes, and dreams of getting their Homes saved. I can't speak for the majority, however I will voice my opinion of this subject matter. Three months Later, the clients received a Notice of Trustee Sale, and Called the Loan Modification, which they haven't heard from since the time of the Loan Modification P...
