Norco, CA market analysis - October 2012   Norco is a city within Riverside County. The city got its name from the abbreviation of North Corona. It is located north of Corona and south of Eastvale CA. Currently about 27,000 residents calls Norco their home.  Norco's motto is "Horse town USA"   Major employers include Corona-Norco School district, California Rehabilitation Center and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. These homes are located on 1153 Silverfern Ln, 14528 Becker Dr, and 7063 Cottage Grove Dr.   The shortsale property on 6705 Jasper Dr has been on the market the longest. It was finally purchased by a cash buyer after 491 days on the mls.         The following two properties had the highest sold price for the month of October.   1. 7891 Port Arthur Dr - cash buyer purchased it at 98% of the asking price, after 4 days on the market. 2. 8266 Angeline Falls Way - conventional buyer paid 100% of asking price, after 29 days on the market.

Eastvale CA - VantagePoint Church donates 20 IPads.   October 9th 2012, Mark Lee and Tom Lanning, pastors of VantagePoint Church and residents of Eastvale donated 20 IPads to Eleanor Roosevelt High School Special Education program. This is just one of the examples of the love the church has for its members and community.    With all the cuts that is occuring across the state, this gift comes at a time that is most welcome by the community.      VantagePoint church is a portable contemporary church that meets every Sunday at ERHS. The congregation meets at 9 and 10:45am every Sunday. The church was started in 2008 with 353 attendees. Eastvale CA - 5k/10k and 1 mile run will be held this Saturday, October 13th, 2012.     This event is sponsored by ERHS Climate Boosters. All the proceeds will go toward our local Eastvale schools.  The online registration is closed, however, you can still sign up tomorrow morning before the race. Participants can either run or walk the 5k or the 10k. The 1 mile will be the fun run for all entrees. This is a great event for the whole family.
