(TODD PICCONI REAL ESTATE)
Great Morning to You!  Hope that You and Your Family are doing well!!! The Southern California real estate market was active in many Inland Empire cities and throughout the Southern California region.   Lower interest rates fueled activity for the fourth month in a row.  (stay tuned to hear this from the California Association of Realtors this week when numbers are released)  Lower inventory levels didn't help Buyers in the under a half a million dollars, or $500,000, price point.  I am hearing that interest rates which appear to be fueling the market activity and keeping inventory levels fairly low at 2 months in many major inland empire cities, will be the life force we need going into 2020.   Also, hearing from Harry Dent, all factors are now in place to have a major financial disrup...

Okay, sooooo....  I was out delivering gifts one day.  Drove up to my Clients home that I'd sold them, and I almost knew it was going to happen as I got close...I turned the corner and there was a for sale sign in the front yard.  NOT mine! I was so surprised it took a few moments for me to collect myself...I had the perfect present picked out to deliver to her.  So, I went ahead and walked up to the door, checking myself....and getting ready to face her despite her listing with another Realtor. I knocked.  She answered.  She invited me in...Her Realtor was actually there!  Her Realtor was someone that She'd met (a very kind woman) at their Church and we all talked.  I talked privately also when the Realtor was doing something in the home and my Client (Her Client) told me that She want...

These Three Brands Have my Loyalty and Trust What every successful business wants is loyalty from its customers. Brands that can endear a long-term trust with their customers can take financial gains to the bank for doing so. Loyal customers buy more, buy often, and love to act as the company's brand ambassadors. They are also a great source to provide the necessary review and feedback required so much in this social media age. 1. Prius - My strongest brand loyalty  Yes, Prius. My 4 cylinder economical hatchback 5 doors built by Toyota. I love driving around town showing my possession and pride of this hybrid vehicle. I bought this car because of its low smog emission and because it gives me over 51 mpg. I take pride in doing my part on saving the earth from smog and pollution. With all...

My Special Home is Where Family Memories are Made Home is where the heart lies. For AR March blogging contest, we are asked to write a blog about our favorite place that meant the most to us either because of its location or memories that were built in it.  How do I decide which place meant the most to me? Which location meant the most? Which house was the most memorable? This was difficult for me to pick just one location, for I have moved so often since birth. There were years that I have moved even twice a year. Nope, I am not a military brat, however, due to circumstances, long term residence was never in the books for me.  Born in Taiwan, my parents decided to move to Brasil when I was only 5 years old. I guess I would have to say the cruise ship across the ocean was my home for se...

I AM OLD SCHOOL AND PROUD OF IT "Old School" is not saying that you are old. Far from it... I feel like a spring chicken. Every day, I am trying to figure out what are the latest technology trends in our market. To survive with top producer millennials, I learned a long time ago that I need to bend and be flexible in my marketing in order to pick up the latest tools to serve my clients. This year, I have a coach that pushes me and keeps me accountable. I don't have so much freedom to do things according to what I already know. I see things in a totally different perspective.   I have daily open minded dialogues where everything is looked at from outside the box. At the same time I am keeping "old school" practices like open house and previewing homes. Yes, I can see the cringes as you a...

Secrets for growing your business in 2017  The secret on how to prosper and grow your business in 2017 is to concentrate on personal growth. Focus on growing from within. This is essential if you are seeking happiness, serenity, and prosperity. A new mindset is at the core of improving from within. Take new challenges. Step outside your comfort zone. You won't know what you are capable of unless you take the leap of faith. We start each year with new goals, and we try to implement new tools, systems, and procedures to achieve our annual goals. But that is not the key to your upcoming success. Progress is usually not reached unless we take action to pursue our goals, to dream big. An action is key to success. To succeed, one must improve from within. I started the 30-day challenge of mir...

Action, Action, and Action  We are all familiar with the coined phrase of location, location, and location. The fact that location is repeated three times emphasizes the importance of finding the right location is essential when one represents a client's best interest. This is the mantra of many real estate agents. This is the number one rule that we all should abide by. Unfortunately, it is sometimes overlooked by many. There is no doubt that location, location, and location is essential when we are working with buyers. However, there is another mantra that I find just as important. It is more important and imperative for the agents themselves. It is action, action, and action. Without action, there is no growth, no result and furthermore, there won't be any progress. Action must first...
