Dublin saw strong activity in September, with 35 closed sales of single family homes, which is up from the August total of 25.  The sales ranged from $332,000 to $1,001,920.  The median home price in September for closed sales was $600,000, down from $628,000 in August.  Average days on market was 33 for the month of September.  The Median price per sq ft was up to $290, indicating that the market is showing signs of strength.  However, there were more distressed sales in September, with 57% of the closings being either a short sale or bank owned property.
