Weather for the Inland Empire CA     Howling went on all night from the wind, shaky windows, twigs and branches were brushing next to the rain gutters...it has been windy and cold in Southern California. We have now received high wind warnings in excess of 65 mph in addition to the cold temperatures. So if you are driving a truck or are carrying heavy a load, make sure to slow down and take extra caution as you cross the Devore area on the 15 fwy.
