THE PARADE OF ELEPHANTS TAKING OVER DANA POINT, CA. AUG. 23-NOV. 16 For the first time ever to hit the United States, the Parade of Elephants, which is an art exhibition of the life size baby elephant statues painted and designed by local and international artists. They are coming together to create awareness of one of the most endangered spieces on the planet, the Asian Elephant.  The Elephant Parade has become a global movement since it began in 2006.   Defects Or Quirks...It's In The Eyes Of The Buyer   I opened escrow this morning with a new buyer. They found the perfect home!! That's their word....PERFECT!  I love it when a buyer feels this way about a home! Makes me smile! But this is a very funny place. Quirky....ok, downright strange in many ways. I've seen this home a number of times. It's in an area of Dana Point which has older, custom homes, which have a lot of character. This one is just odd.....it's a very odd character.
