With the summer months fast approaching, the weather is heating up and the sun is shining more and more each day.  There is a lot to do in South O.C. during the summer including outdoor recreation, patio dining, and many festivals and events to enjoy. Here is a list of some activities and events you might want to check out this summer. The Dana Point Harbor has a lot to offer visitors of all types.  Stop by the Dana Wharf, Mariner’s Alley, or Mariner’s Village to grab a bite to eat. Have a breakfast burrito at Proud Mary’s or check out the live music nightly at Wind and Sea. Take a whale watching cruise or get wild on some jet skis. For the more timid, there are great fishing charters and boat and kayak rentals. Don’t forget to check out all of the fun shops as well. With so much to off... 04/26/2007

Surprise Surprise! Interest rates are holding, steady growth of our economy is a plus, at least that is what the  speaker at todays RIOC meeting says! I don't know I did open house and see lot's of buyers looking! Where oh where are those escrows stamped closed? As a side note, we (Real Estate Agents) living in Dana Point, Laguna ect. don't all tote guns, we actually work real hard to get those listings and buyers! I also give great referral fees! Homes are selling as the weather is changing!A few homes are now moving through escrow on their way to closing. I am finding that the fabulous weather and the fact that a lot of the homes in our area are doing price adjustments as some of the main reasons that Buyers are now starting to come out and see our properties!
