Surprise Surprise! Interest rates are holding, steady growth of our economy is a plus, at least that is what the  speaker at todays RIOC meeting says! Homes are selling as the weather is changing!A few homes are now moving through escrow on their way to closing. I am finding that the fabulous weather and the fact that a lot of the homes in our area are doing price adjustments as some of the main reasons that Buyers are now starting to come out and see our properties!
