Culver City, CA October 2015 Market OverviewIn Culver City there were 20 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 27 in October 2014 and a 13% decrease from the 23 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $1,063,050 compared to $928,756 for October 2014, representing a 14% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price was 20% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $1,075,000, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,078,461. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.
