Welcome to the new and (hopefully) improved Weekly Market Update for the Crestline community (known by some as Lake Gregory).  Each week we'll be looking at the real estate activity as reported in the Rim O' the World multiple listing service.  Keep in mind that there could be other listings, sales, etc, that are happening via private party, out-of-area agents (who are not members of our local MLS), and the like, so my statistics will be skewed a bit.  You will, however, get a very good "snapshot" of the overall maket.
