Another home Sold in Laurelwood Townhome Community. This one took just a little longer to sell not because we lacked buyers looking at the home but many buyers were just not qualified. This community for some reason has a lot of homes go pending then in time they were put right back on the market. The reason? Buyers were just not qualifying for their loans even though they were pre approved but not approved. In real estate this happens more than you would think. We went through four offers but before we accepted any offer and open escrow we had my well qualified lender review each offers loan qualifications before we would except. This home sold itself once they had the right color combination. This 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome located in Laurelwood community in Corona CA sold quickly with 3 offers right off the bat. It only took 6 days because we were waiting on a cash offer that did not appear. We gave them 24 hours to perform and they couldn't meet the deadline so we went to the next best offer. This was a very desirable single story on the corner. It was freshly painted inside completely.
