The views in Corona del Mar are absolutely incredible, and I always appreciate the opportunity to take in the gorgeous coastline view. There is a park named Lookout Point which overlooks Newport Harbor and the Wedge in the distance. And along Ocean Boulevard, there is a sweeping view of the Coastline.  It is incredible to watch the birds flying over the ocean, and there were pelicans out this week and it is always a treat to see them. The 36th Annual Corona del Mar Christmas walk is being held on Sunday, 12.7.2013 and begins at 11 am to 4 pm. This is a festive way to enjoy the Holiday Season with friends and family.  People come from all over to visit this, and local residents also enjoy this fantastic event located along Coast Highway in Corona del Mar.  It is a great way to bring in the holidays.       Cameo Shores Homes for Sale in Corona del Mar | Corona del Mar Homes for Sale Cameo Shores is one of my favorite all time communities. There are approximately 170 homes available in this community and it is terraced so that the homes can retain their views. Most homes are single story, however recently, many are considering going subterranean to gain more square footage and staying within the heighth restrictions of the community. Sandcastle Contest in Corona del Mar Today!! The 53rd annual Sandcastle Contest is going to be held today at Corona del Mar.  This year's theme is "It's a Beach Party".  The Corona del Mar Sandcastle contest is put on by the Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Every year this incredible event attracts thousands of people. And of course the weather did not disappoint. It has been hot here, but it will definitely make a great beach day. The judging is usually towards the end of the building, so be sure to go on down and view the spectacular Sandcastles!! Corona del Mar CA home selling and prices market update shows: 103 Corona del Mar homes are now listed for sale on the CRMLS (as of September 17, 2014). $3,703,000 is the average list price for Corona del Mar homes - as of September 17, 2014. 27 Corona del Mar homes were sold during August 2014. $2,038,111 was the average Corona del Mar home selling price during August 2014.
