Claremont Museum of Art is Closing its Doors

I just received an email notice from the Claremont Museum of Art that it will be closing its doors and vacating the space it has held at the Packing House in Claremont. Unfortunately, in these times of scarce money, donations from the public have not been enough to keep the lights on and pay the bills. So, all of the permanent exhibit pieces will be put into storage, waiting for a time when funds become available to reopen. The museum will be open for its final two days on December 26 & 27 from 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. This could be your last chance to see these works, so I would encourage you to visit the museum for one final look.
