I just received an email notice from the Claremont Museum of Art that it will be closing its doors and vacating the space it has held at the Packing House in Claremont. Unfortunately, in these times of scarce money, donations from the public have not been enough to keep the lights on and pay the bills.  So, all of the permanent exhibit pieces will be put into storage, waiting for a time when funds become available to reopen.
