I was asked to repair a dumpster enclosure at an apartment community, the garbage truck knocked over the concrete block wall. I got a signed contract right way, and I said I would begin work the next day. I thought that it would be best for all concerned if the area looked normal again. After scheduling the start of the dumpster enclosure repair, I checked the weather and there was a 100% chance of rain. Sure, I could have re-scheduled but where is the challenge in that? We came up with a plan to build a temporary cover over the work area while we were working, taking it down at night to be safe.
