Even if you've never heard of The Band, you will enjoy this neighborhood in Citrus Heights.  Lots of trees, winding streets and a creek called Cripple Creek. Adults who did not grow up in this area might never notice the creek, but you can bet their kids know it's there. To me, it's the creek that gives this neighborhood its charm.Second to that is the number of four bedroom homes in this area. This is the third model like this I will have sold.
