Interest rates did rise(around +1%) since the beginning of the year, along with home prices. Well the first two places we called today couldn't get us the flowers we wanted to send, even by Monday.  So we finally found a great place.  My mother in law loves purple and we wanted purple snapdragons in our flowers we were having delievered to her tomorrow.   A few hours after we had placed the order the lady from the florist called back and let me know they had a really busy day with a wedding tomorrow and asked if I minded if they delivered them this evening after they closed.  She said it would be around 6:30 PST and I said that would be fine. We were delighted that my mother in law's reaction was good... I'm totally thrilled at the great customer service, prompt delivery and amazing arrangement.  I hope soon I'll get to come back and add a photo of the bouquet to this post also...

Chula Vista Home Sales - July 2013 By Zip Code Home sales in Chula Vista have continued to be strong throughout the summer! Interest rates did rise significantly (around +1%) since the beginning of the summer, along with home prices. Increased rates did seem to put a damper on how many offers we were seeing per property but I would say it went from extreme market to a strong market.    Most newer home developments are sold out w/ exception of model homes, and builders are ramping up new construction to meet demand.
