Standing out in a positiveway will not only help sell your home, it will help you get topdollar. While at a local amusement park recently, I spotted this young lady.My first thought was, "Did her mother see her leave the house in pinkfishnet stockings and shorts?" There were hundreds, if not thousands of peopleat this amusement park. Yet, I noticed her repeatedly throughout myfull eight hour plus day.  Why? Because she stood out amongst thecrowd. This is exactly what every seller who hopes to sell fast and garnertop dollar should do. No, I am not suggesting you run out to get pinkfishnet stocki...

Is Location Really The First Lesson In Home Buying?  We have all probably heard it a time or two before. The realization of how much location can mean in the end usually sets in when the time comes to sell the property. Oft times home buyers fall in love with a home and the sale happens. However, when it is time to sell the home, a harsh reality check on location can make a big difference in the value placed on a home. We can examine this by a quick look at homes that sold within the same three month time span. They are around the same size but three different locations. The homes we will look at all range from 3000-4000 square feet with lot sizes of 10,454 to 10,600 square feet and have 5-6 bedrooms.   LAKE ELSINORE, CA                                                                Th...
