For 10 years I lived in Carmel Valley..almost to the Carmel Valley Village. I loved the relaxing drive home. The beauty is breath-taking. Some people would complain that they didn't want to live so far..well it's not that far and so worth it. The sun is always shining and air really does smell good. As a kid I spent almost every summer in the "valley" My aunt lived there and had a swimming pool. Her house was the most popular. Loved to swim and play everyday. Although I now live at Las Palmas Ranch..I have very fond memories of Carmel Valley. I still drive Carmel Valley Road to get home and it is still as beautiful as ever. It really hasn't changed.
