The sold numbers represent Camarillo Single Family Homes that sold in June, 2012.As you can see, the inventory levels, especially in the lower price range is very low.  As of this writing, there are only 40 homes active homes for sale under $550,000. The Real Estate Market Trend illustration below shows that Camarillo Single Family Homes sales have declined from the high levels recorded in 2005-2006. The Camarillo Real Estate was not excluded from the Real Estate meltdown, however Camarillo has a higher price point than a few of the other close in proximity cities to it. Camarillo has a declining inventory, especially in the lower price range and the demand is high, therefore keeping Camarillo Single Family Homes quite stable for the last few years.
