The housing inventory in Calabasas city in January and February did not change ( 77 sfr/Jab and 78 sfr/Feb), it still takes on average near 2 months to sell a property, yet, there are less properties in Escrow( 12 pending in Feb/16 comparing to 19 in Jan/16). The holidays are over and for those of you who are interested how Calabasas housing market is doing, here is the most recent housing updates: The housing inventory in Calabasas city slightly decreased ( as expected, from 94 in Nov/15 to 66 in Dec/15), it still takes on average near 2 months to sell a property, yet, there are less properties in Escrow( 11 pending in Dec/15 comparing to 18 in Nov/15). Overall, Calabasas CA housing market remain healthy and prices of luxury homes of this city remain strong.  Median Percent of last list price in Calabasas is 96.7%.Naturally, Condos and Townhouses are very popular since they are rare, sold faster and with multiple offers.
