I'm a customer, not a piece of meat. I had a problem paying my Pay Pal bill on line. Not my fault - Theirs. I e-mailed customer service, no response. So I call them and after going through Voice Mail Hell and waiting on hold far longer than I should have I finally get a person. So finally problem solved – or so I thought. Well I get an e-mail explaining that there is still a problem with my October Bill (the transaction some how failed – although the money is there in the bank and Pay Pal told me the problem was resolved.) They asked me to go on line and pay again. So I go on line, but I cannot pay the October Bill, I can only pay the November Bill, which does not seem to include the October Bill. Why Real Estate Prices might go up even higher! I caught the National Real Estate Post (NREP) this morning. There are indications that higher housing prices are on the way. I feel higher prices are on the way due to coming inflation, but they had another reason. You can start your Home Search Here Now! Per NREP the National Association of Realtors (NAR) says New Housing Starts are only at about 60% of what they need to be. This means there will be even more demand on the resale market come spring. So why are new Housing Starts not where they should be? I am going to throw out several reasons I caught on their post and elsewhere: Financing for new housing construction is hard to get. Well as it turns out most over Home Buyers and Home Sellers feel they need a Realtor. Why? The primary reason is to help them with negotiations. But there are other reasons too.
