The Beverly Hills Single Family Market Trends Report is published...Most people take for granted that Beverly Hills is the home to many affluent residents. Interestingly what many do not know is that Beverly Hills is world renown for having a great School System as well. This in turn generates man families that want their children to go to the Beverly Hills Schools. I understand about the fact that Catholic Priests keep secrets what they have learned in confession and go to the grave with it, without disclosing any of it. The Ultra Luxury Market in the Greater Los Angeles area, check it out…Seldom do I write about the ultra-luxury  real estate market in the greater Los Angeles area. When my clients ask, generally I send a private  market report.Due to a great deal of interest I thought it was time to show the Market Trends Report. Hard to believe that in California currently there are 27  properties that are North of $50 million List Price. And out of the 27 amazingly 23 of them happen to be in my market. Not your typical week for a tech savvy  Beverly Hills Realtor: Endre Barath, Jr. I have learned from my days in the military, to have a  backup plans for virtually every situation. In addition, since I am a chess player, I usually like to plan six to eight moves ahead. Now with that said, a long overdue  change took place on Monday. We eliminated the Land Line Phone and  at the same time requested an upgrade to Fiber Optic re-wiring of our home. The Phone was immediately disconnected, and installation of Fiber Optics  was scheduled for Thursday. Who needs Community Guidelines on Active Rain?Having been on this platform for over ten years, I admitted to everyone in 2014, on the first Challenge when we were asked to write about the “Community Guidelines” that it was the first time I read it. I recall joining Active Rain around 2007/2008-time frame. The platform was quite different than it is now. The founders had wonderful ideas for this platform, and they created and published their perspective i.e.: View of the World. They named this document the ‘Weltanschauung’. Very few people read the Guidelines, we were flying by the seat of our pants and most of us applied the “golden rule”.
