Having attended some of Berkshire Hathaway’s Virtual Convention which was held the last week of March, I wanted to share Convention's motto with you - "We are Unstoppable".  Our CEO shared his belief and observation:  Take care of your clients and then everything will fall in place. You will get commissions and referrals from clients . The other day I saw a post being Featured on how to behave on Active Rain. While I  appreciate those members,  who participated and were kind enough to give it a like or a praise, I am not in agreement.  I am very selective in who I will send referrals; in a nutshell, it is someone who has the same work ethic as I do, it does not matter to me if  that person is an Ambassador on Active Rain.
