Well I can relate to this face as the prices were increasing by the minute we never knew if the Appraisal would come in at the $250,000 over bid on a property that was well priced.Now that our market is moving from a Seller's Market to not a Balanced Market, but a Buyer's Market. Do you know what happened  on June 6th, 1944?  Does Operation Overlord mean anything to you?To history buffs and patriots June 6th means the Airborne operation and  the Allied invasion of Normandy  which began  on June 6th at 6:30 am local time. Also known as Operation Overlord during World War II, more recognizable and known as D-Day. In case you did not know this was the largest seaborne invasion in  the history of the world.Things never go as planned there were a lot of casualties. The Queen’s Jubilee is being celebrated  to mark the 70th anniversary of her taking the throne…Let me just say, time flies when you are having fun. This  event reminded me when Diane and I went to Quaglino’s for dinner. The year was 1996, all our Gourmet  Foodie friends who have been there suggested, to make reservations for a Midnight Dinner. Yes, those were the days when I could go with Diane to dinner and eat at 10pm or later. Keep in mind, we were   a bit younger, and it was not unusual for me to make dinner after 10pm. When you can only eat soft food: How about baked  Mediterranean Ricotta Muffins? Diane had some serious Dental work done and can only eat soft stuff.  Well I decided tonight to make Ricotta Muffins. Takes a little prep work but well worth the finished product.I decided to do two types of Mediterranean Ricotta Muffins: small and large. Observation on the current Los Angeles Real Estate Market by Endre Barath, Jr. a Beverly Hills Realtor. As the first week of March comes to an end, we can certainly say there are a great number of distracting events taking place.  The war in Ukraine is likely first and foremost (or close to it) on most everyone's mind.
