Market Trends Report for the Single Family Homes in the 90077 zip code... also known as Bel Air, CA. As you can see that the inventory is virtually identical to last year around the same time. This is a continuation of tight inventory since this zip code has such varied price points from the low end of about 1.7 million to the ultra high end of about $250 million.
