Beaumont Commercial Real Estate Agent Commercial real estate investors must always consider the Comparative Advantage when buying or selling a commercial property. What is the Comparative Advantage? In its basic sense, Comparative Advantage is the positive aspects, or advantage, a commercial property has over other like, or comparative, properties. For example, say you're considering purchasing a Beaumont commercial property for its distinct frontage along side a busy Beaumont thoroughfare, but another Beaumont property on the same street with the same frontage is positioned on a corner lot, essentially giving the latter commercial lot two frontages- one on the main thoroughfare, and another on the cross street.
