 "Good Night" from Disneyland and Sherry's meeting with Mickey Mouse    I wanted to share this precious moment with everyone because it is not easy meeting this very "Famous" individual.  We waited in a line of hundreds of fans that wanted photographs and autographs from Mickey Mouse.  Here are some wonderful photos of Mickey, Sherry & Nu Nu and Sherry was so excited to meet Mickey. We asked her several times if she wanted to meet Mickey and she jumped up & down and said yes, yes oh please yes and here are the results.      Sometimes we take such little things for granted, like meeting Mickey! Sherry never thought in a million years she would ever meet Mickey and all we had to do was go to Disneyland and wait in line.  She will never forget this moment in time when a little girls wish ... 06/04/2010

 Nu Nu & Sherry in Disneyland 6-1-2010 Vegas Bob, Nu Nu & Sherry spend a FUN day at Disneyland in California ... Sherry's first day in the United States of America was spent in Disneyland in California and believe me she loved every minute of it. VB was getting tired because he had to drive 5 hours to Las Vegas from Los Angeles and get up for work the next day at 4:30 am. And so Robert asked Sherry several times if she wanted to go home and she said no, so we stayed until 9:30pm and was I tired the next day.   Our very own beloved Disneyland Hotel is going to undergo some major changes!           Patrons  will be able to splash and play  in water slides that look like Monorails, eat and drink in a new Polynesian-themed restaurant area and sleep in newly themed towers when renovations are completed at the Disneyland Hotel. Disney has announced major plans to remodel both  the pool and outside areas of the classic Disneyland Hotel. Construction is expected to begin in August.   Some of the planned changes are a  new water play area and dining locations. These are planned  to be finished in summer 2011, and some of the other sections will be completed the following year in 2012.
