Aliso Viejo Stats: Real Estate, Community, Schools, etc. I just recently updated my website and added this new feature that gives you thorough statistics of Aliso Viejo, or any other zip code you type in. If you are looking at real estate value projections, average days on market, the number of homeowner vs. renters in an area, the ability to do a side by side comparision of other areas to a particular area of interst, get information of the schools, etc. you will love this feature! Personally, I am a numbers girl. I love charts, graphs, statistics and numbers. I feel that is the purest and most honest way of making educated predictions, spotting patterns and making the best decsions based on that knowledge. If you are someone that appreciates numbers, charts, graphs and stats like I do... 03/28/2016

Aliso Viejo, CA. Weekly Real Estate Update (March 21st, 2016)This Week:The median list price in Aliso Viejo, CA. this week is $884,400. Inventory and days-on-market are both trending higher recently. However, the improving Market Action Index implies some increased demand will temper the negative trends. Supply and Demand: In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller's Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb. Price: We continue to see prices in Aliso Viejo bounce around these current levels. Look for a persistent change in the Market Action Index before we see prices deviate significantly from here. ... 03/26/2016

Selling My Own Home in Aliso Viejo, 5 Reasons to ReconsiderAs the spring real estate market continues to heat up and we get closer and closer to the summer market, it is natural for homeowners in Aliso Viejo and surrounding areas in Orange County, like yourself, that may be on the fence about selling their home, to consider ways in which they can get their home sold and maximizing their profits while doing so. In some cases homeowners begin to justify that the biggest area where they will save is by not hiring a Realtor and paying a commission. While that is a tempting thought, there is a lot more involved in selling a home then just placing it on a few websites, letting people into your home and hoping one of them will buy it, here are some things to consider. Based on the National Ass... 03/24/2016
