However, a recent invitation to a Technology Workshop interested me. I planned to fly down, stay at a nearby hotel, and take in the latest trends and concepts from the world of RE/MAX trainers. Between my travel agent and EDR Travel in Denver, everything worked out beautifully. Westside Vancouver Detached Market Update March 30 - April 6 Confirmed detached sales numbers also fell on the Westside this week with just 26 confirmed detached sales (compared to 44 confirmed sales in the previous period); this could be linked to the nature of the product being supplied as well as demand pockets in specific neighbourhoods, though Dunbar, which has been relatively strong since Q1 2010 posted only a single sale this past week. Despite a steady decrease in supply over the past two weeks we have yet to see a full recovery in confirmed sales volume, and saw yet another dip this past week as properties maintain longer 'days on the market' times. Over Vancouver West this past week we saw 79 confirmed attached transactions (down from 118 in the previous period); with the downtown markets accounting for 43 confirmed sales or roughly 54% of all sales activity across Vancouver West.
