Where the housing market in BC is headed Recent reports say that the season of Spring could be the testing point where the sector of housing might most likely go. We have observed the prices of homes; or how real estate have gone relatively low after a decade of watching houses that command high price. Although, it's still a buyer's market, analysts see an analogy that the increase of prices this month of March could mean that the market has already hit the lowest point or it might simply indicate that it's typical of the season.
