Deerwood Place Estates in Nanaimo - a wonderful place to call home Deerwood Place Estates is a manufactured home park in Nanaimo that caters to the 55+ age group.  It is a gated community located just off Jinglepot Road and very handy to the parkway. I had heard of Deerwood Place Estates but had never visited until a couple of months ago.  I was working with some buyers who were looking for a patio home in a 55+ community.  We decided to go and have a look at Deerwood Estates.  I have to say that we were most impressed.
