Obviously, it would be hard to define the “perfect” home. Peoples taste, lifestyle, budget and many other factors come to play when deciding which type of home to choose. When I first discovered River Run in Tempe, I began to think of the wide variety of people that might like to call rive run their home. Driving in to the community, there is the security of it’s gated entry, inside, you find well manicured common areas, tennis courts, swimming pools and a sand volleyball court. While these activities might not fit everyones needs, who could argue with the fact that they might be nice to have around? Having a golf course directly to the East probably doesn’t offend many people either.
