 Sun City West the destination As many of you know, I live in Arizona, Sun City West to be exact. My mother leaves each year to her second home in Oregon. She has a small backyard with 400 sq feet of grass. When she leaves her winter home, in Sun City West, she has the timer turned off on the grass. We maintain a home warranty on her home in Sun City West so she may have quality contractors do repair work. She has kept the name of the "sprinkler man" so she can call to have the timer changed.
