Arizona Sun City retirement homes for salewith a Casita or guest house "What is a Casita?".  I often hear this when showing homes for sale in our Arizona retirement communities.  Particularly if it is their first visit to the area. In essence, it is a guest house or, as my husband calls it... his "man cave".
