Sun City West Palo Verde Patchers Quilt Club Sun City West Arizona has one of the most active quilting club in the state, the Palo Verde Patchers Quilt Club. Quilters move to this age restricted community specifically to join the quilting club since only Sun City West residents participate.  The club has over 200 active members with various levels of quilting expertise. The Palo Verde Quilters has been recently involved in Quilts of Valor (quilts for our wounded troops) and Quilts for the Needy.  They club's recent food drive collected over 650 pounds of food for Saint Mary's Food Bank.  Palm Ridge Recreation Center is the location of their next quilt show.  It will be held on February 12 and 13, 2011.  Over 100 quilts will be on display for the public to marvel over the talents of this... 01/08/2011

Here at the end of a busy week I asked myself does it really poor when it rains.  We all know the answer is "YES".  I haven't done much, less answered any questions, about Interest only in quite some time.  This week I had 2 clients INSIST on interest only.  One gentleman is buying a home here in Sun City West and is looking to rent it out for cash flow.  Makes sense right. Clients both have 780+ credit scores $500K plus in the bank.  Slam dunk.  So like any good loan officer I just do a quick check of guidelines. Oh no you can not do interest only for a investment property.  Only 2nd homes and Primary residence qualify.  Also 30% down is required. That's right 30% DOWN.
