Sun City West is an age restricted community that frequently hosts musicals open to the public, encouraging all ages to attend.   Members of the Sun City Concert Band hail from Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand.  The program includes patriotic music and inspirational music.  Selections will be played from “The Nutcracker Suite,” “A Hanukkah Fantasy,” plus much more.   The concert is free and donations will be accepted. I made an appointment to show one of my listings in Sun City West this morning. When we arrived there was a note on the counter from my seller.  "Please enjoy these homemade fresh baked cookies as you view our home."   The buyer was surprised that my seller would have taken the time to welcome her; I was equally surprised.  According to the buyer, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. 10/30/2011

Sun City West Golf Course Reopens - Trail Ridge Golf Course Trail Ridge Golf Course in Sun City West is considered one of the most challenging.  Trail Ridge Golf Course  is an 18-hole regulation course that is located at 21021 N 151st Avenue.  The championship golf course is one of six  owned by the Sun City West homeowners association. Trail Ridge Golf Course closed in April for maintenance. After almost six months of being closed, Trail Ridge Golf Course reopened its doors today for play. My Sun City West client flies the American flag each day.
