The Queen Creek area includes neighborhoods such as Cortina, Hastings Farms, Montelena, Quail Creek, Sossaman Estates, Victoria and the Villages at Queen Creek as well as many homes with no HOA and horse properties.The local market report tells us that the number of new listings in July 2015 was up 12.1% from June.
