Advice Needed: How Do I compete with Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc? I have three great listings in a very upscale neighborhood named Wikutepa in the Williamson Valley Area north of Prescott. They are on a very short new road named Cougar Canyon Rd which provides access to all three lots via paved road inside the subdivision. Large granite boulders and outcroppings are one of the most desirable features for lots and building sites and many prospective Buyers seek out properties that have them. I used Google to search for Cougar Canyon Rd, Prescott, AZ and Google produced 1,090,000 results. Results showed in this order: trulia, zillow, zillow, century21, realtor.com, longrealty.com, homes.com, owners.com on the first page. The next page shows homefinder.com, prescottareahomes.com, home...

Here are the neighborhoods in Williamson Valley. These neighborhoods are accessed most easily via Williamson Valley Road which is also known as Yavapai County Road 5. Mile markers start at the corner of Iron Springs Road at Williamson Valley Road. Granite Mountain is the most dominant landmark in the area.
