Ken Cook Cowboy Poet and Real American Cowboy coming to Prescott, AZ Ken Cook, or as I call him Uncle Kenny, is a Real American Cowyboy.  He spent many summers of his youth and after college as hired on cowhand at Buckles Ranch.  Buckles Ranch happened to be my Great-Grandpa Frank E. Buckles' ranch, Ken's Grandpa. Ken Cook and his family, Aunt Nancy and my cousins, relocated not far away to the Hodson Ranch also in the Sand hills of Southern South Dakota.  Some of my cousins are following suit and choosing the ranching life for all of it boundless benefits, regardless of the tireless dedication being a true American Cowboy takes.
