One of our listings is a Short Sale.   I know, I know, it's hard to believe that Short Sales still exist - but they do. In this case, two lienholders. This is the second time down the pike.  We received the approval letter from the second lienholder a couple of weeks ago. The first time around, the first lienholder took far too long and "mishandled the file" (their words not mine). The Buyer's circumstances changed and at the point we had the approvals from both lienholders, they were unable to continue. C'est la vie. I had lunch at Gyros Town today, in the Lake Pleasant Towne Center - just a few minutes away from the Meadows.  It is on the NWC of Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway.Gyros Town is a casual, order-at-the-counter restaurant with AMAZING lunch specials - and food!  They were pretty busy, so I didn't take an interior photo of people eating.....but they have beautiful murals painted on the walls, and a diverse menu. I wasn't "that hungry" so I didn't get a plate entree, but rather, the lunch Gyro combo....Gyro, fries, and a drink for under $10 with tax....and they do NOT skimp!  This pita was crammed full of meat!  I have plenty left over for tomorrow, too!  The meat was succulent, veggies crisp, and tzatziki sauce was divine.....I will definitely go back again soon!Gyro Town is on... 03/08/2017
