We just listed a home in Payson North subdivision (actually there are several units of Payson North), and I just have to post about how much I like the area! This was one of the original "nicer" areas of town. Homes in the area include everything from older single-wide mobiles, to newer double-wide manufactured homes, to big site-built houses. Most of the properties, even the older ones, are well maintained and attractive. I'm told that originally all of the homes were supposed to have some "Swiss" element in their design. The original shopping center in town is Swiss Village. When we first moved to Payson (almost 15 years ago, now) many of the homes had what looked to me like Pennsylvania Dutch "hex" signs.
