I spent yesterday showing a prospective purchaser properties in Mesa Arizona.  She works for Boeing, so it was a natural to locate close to work. I asked her to create her wishlist early last week and she diligently used my portal atScottsdale Area Property Search   She came up with 17 properties, under $200,000, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Built after 1990 in a general area of Mesa, Gilbert Arizona. We pulled a Buyer’s List from Cloud CMA showing all 17 properties active and then ranked them according to features.  Checking again Friday night, 8 properties  were eitherPending or Active With Contingencies.  I checked again Saturday morning to see what had happened over the evening……no change.  Two of the properties were occupied, so I made the calls to set up the showings……1 more property had go... 08/26/2012
