Manana Holiday Festival and Christmas Tree Lighting Now that it's November, doggone it if our thoughts don't turn to December and holiday planning. Maybe that's why the years fly by so quickly, we're always looking ahead. However, planning is key if you like to be involved in your communities and the holiday events that fit our lifestyles. For things to do in Marana and nearby Tucson, don't miss the Manana Holiday Festival and Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, coming up December 1 at the Marana Municipal Complex. The ceremony runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is full of fun and activities, topped off with the annual tree lighting at 5:45. Plan for local entertainers, a hot air balloon glow (weather permitting!), arts and crafts, food and local vendors, Santa and Mrs. Clause, Miss Arizona...
