It appears that some FHA programs are being revitalized to try to capture some of the high risk borrowers that would have been the typical subprime candidates, helping that sector of low income, minorities and first time buyers. With our 2008 Superbowl yet to happen, Arizona is making a presentation today for the 2011 Superbowl.Arizona is not favored in this race as the other two major contenders, Dallas and Indianapolis will each have a new stadium between now and 2011. The Superbowl committee has leaned toward new stadiums in the past.Regardless, Arizona has a wonderfull stadium and we have a chance to show what we can do in less than 9 months.

For some time now I've been wondering when the West Valley Cities of Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Peoria and Avondale will enjoy the benefits of a major employer like oh, Dell Corporation maybe.  Sure, there's Poore Brothers, Snyders Pretzel, Banner Hospital, Wal-mart distribution, and yeah American Express and Honeywell are out over by I-17 and The 101 but I mean really...besides construction, real estate, government, retail, the West Valley cities, especially Avondale, Goodyear and Glendale (the part that borders Goodyear and Litchfield Park) are devoid of a major employer.  The east valley cities like Chandler and Tempe have Intel, MicroChip and a gazillion call centers...but I bring good news, dear reader, looks like Dell Computers is eyeing Glendale as a potential regional operati...

I just received my 'Volunteer Draft' from the 2008 Superbowl committee. Well, I volunteered once to avoid the draft, this time I'll just ignore it. Again, if anyone is interested, go to University of Phoenix Stadium (in Glendale, after all the Phoenix International Raceway is in Avondale, but that's a different story) this coming Saturday, April 28th, 8am-1pm.They are advertising FREE admission to volunteer, and you have to admit that's a bargain you can't miss.
