Below is the chart showing the current market index for Fountain Hills AZ. We are definitely in a buyer's market, and have been since about September of 2013. Boy how things change, at this time last year we were in a full blown seller's market and homes were flying off the market. We are seeing 7.8 months of inventory (which means, how long it would take to sell all existing inventory on the market) compared to 4.6 months at this time last year. Homes priced right and staged to sell still go quickly. Seller's, I think are still in denial and probably won't realize this market trend for a few more months.
