Anthem at Merrill Ranch Real Estate Market is still moving.  During the month of February, closed sales for both sides of the community (Parkside and Sun City) were 4.  However there are currently 22 sales pending closing on both sides of the community.  Closed sales prices ranged from $98,000 to $207,000.  Currently the Anthem at Merrill Ranch Real Estate Market shows there are 63 homes for sale.  These prices range from $84,900 to $383,000.  Again, this includes both Parkside and Sun City.  The Anthem at Merrill Ranch Real Estate Market for January showed 12 closed sales for both sides of the community.  There were 16 pending sales, 12 of which carried over to February as pending.  Anthem at Merrill Ranch Real Estate Market 03/15/2010

Florence Hospital at Anthem at Merrill Ranch officially broke ground on October 6 ,2009.  This full service acute care hospital will provide general acute care for the greater Florence area.  The new hospital will be a 36-bed hospital with 20 emergency rooms and two operating rooms.  In addition the Florence Hospital at Anthem at Merrill Ranch will provide services such as MRI, CT scan, x-ray, ultrasound, and laboratory services.  Recently, building of the long-awaited hospital has begun.  These pictures were taken today, March 3, 2010 showing that the dirt is being moved and it appears that the building is just beginning of the Florence Hospital at Anthem at Merrill Ranch.  We still don't have a completion date, but rumor has it that it will be complete by the end of 2010.  This 10-acr... 03/03/2010
