Short Sale Approvals Keep Coming In.  This week we have received 3 short sale approvals...and the day is not over yet!  How do we get the approvals?  My wife and I are certified short sale negotiators.  We currently have 6 listings that are short sales.  We start the process right.  We know what documents the lender needs up front and we know which title company does the best preliminary work for us.  So, when we meet with our clients, we have all the documentation required to do a short sale, all the proper forms each specific lender needs, and we prequalify the seller for a short sale.  Yes, you read it right - we prequalify the seller!  Not all sellers qualify for a short sale.  Once we get our package together our title company prepares all the other necessary disclosures, prelimina... 06/11/2010
